Drawing Nibbler From Futurama In Photoshop
This should be a fun drawing tutorial where you can find out how to go about drawing Nibbler, Leela’s cute pet in the cartoon Futurama. Final Result
To begin, open a new document, size 800x800px, white background. Start by drawing this shape, on a new layer, name it main:
Here are a few shapes to assist you with this tutorial if you need them, it is always recommended to draw though: 
Fill the shape with the color black(#000000):
Start drawing the mouth and nose area, on a new layer, name it mouth:
Fill the shape with the color code: #e6d190, add a 2px stroke, black color.
Draw the shape of the nose on a new layer, name it nose:
Fill it with black color:
We’re going to add a few strokes to better define the nose area.
Create a new layer, call it nose strokes. Draw the path using the pen tool as shown:
Add a stroke, 2px, black.
Create another path using the pen tool:
Add a stroke, 2px, black, using the brush.

Draw a new path now to make the facial expression:

Now that we’re done with the mouth area, lets start with the eyes. Using the Elliptical marquee tool draw a circle on a new layer, name it eyes, but bring this layer below the mouth layer so its behind the brown area.
Fill it with the color code: #f8f8f8, stroke: 2px, black. Since it’s below the mouth layer, it appears behind it:
You can use another layer for this, not necessary. Use the elliptical marquee tool again and draw another circle, only this time it should be a bit bigger just a teensy weensy bit:
Fill it with the same color code: #f8f8f8 and apply a 2px stroke with black color.
Use your elliptical marquee tool and draw a small eye inside the eyeball, do this on a new layer, so you can duplicate it for the second eye:
Fill it with black color:
Duplicate and move, to the second eye:
On a new layer, name it eyebrow, draw this small shape to better define the area above the eye, so we can make it look like an eyebrow:
Fill it with black color:
We’ll add more to the eye brow later, lets make the third eye. On a new layer, name it base. We’re going to make the base of the third eye now, draw the shape as shown below:
Fill it with black color:
Create a new layer, name it base 2. Draw the shape as shown:
Fill it with black color:
Drawing the third eyeball, using the pen tool draw this shape:
Fill it with the color code : #f8f8f8, stroke: 2px, black.
Add an eye inside the eyeball, like you did for the other eye, only smaller, fill it with black too:
Like I said before, we’re going to add more to the eye brow. We’ll also be adding a little more to some other areas by adding strokes, draw the following path on a new layer, name it strokes:
Add a Stroke to this path with the color code: #f8f8f8, 2px.
Add a second eye brow, above the second eye ball, by drawing this path:
Add a stroke, #f8f8f8, 2px.
At the base of the third eye, draw another path:
Add a stroke, #f8f8f8, 2px.
Another path on the other end:
Add a stroke, #f8f8f8, 2px.
To define the area the third eye came out of, we’re going to make this path:
Add a stroke, #f8f8f8, 2px.
Drawing the teeth. Create a new layer, call it teeth. Draw the shape as shown:
Fill it with the color code: #f8f8f8 and a stroke of 2px, black. To even out the stroke, you can bring this layer down below the nose stroke layer, where the facial expression stroke is:
Draw the second tooth, using the pen tool, you can use the same layer, new layer is not necessary:
Fill with color code #f8f8f8, stroke 2px, black.
Drawing the diaper. Make a new layer, call it diaper. Start by drawing this shape:
Fill with #f8f8f8, stroke 2px, black.
Draw the rest of the shape on the same layer, not necessary to use a new layer, you may if you want. Fill with the same color code: #f8f8f8. stroke, 2px, black:
Create a new layer, name it diaper strokes. Draw the path as shown:
Add a stroke of 2px, black and then draw another path:
Add a stroke of 2px to this path too. You can now see the difference a couple of lines made.
Create a new layer, name it tummy. Draw the shape as shown:
Bring this layer below the diaper layer, fill it with the color code: #e6d190
Drawing the cape. Create a new layer, name it cape 1. Draw this shape:
Fill it with the color code: #a22b30, stroke: 2px, black.
New layer, name: cape 2. Draw this shape:
Fill it with the color code: #a22b30, stroke: 2px, black.
New layer, name: cape 3. Draw this shape:
Fill it with the color code: #a22b30, stroke: 2px, black.
New layer, name: cape 4. Draw this shape:
Fill it with the color code: #a22b30, stroke: 2px, black.
New layer, name: cape 5. Draw this shape:

New layer, cape 6, draw this path:
Add a stroke, 2px, black.
Add a drop shadow to this layer, these are the layer style settings:

Making the left hand, new layer, name: left hand strokes. First to define the upper half with lines, draw this path:

Now draw another path and then add a stroke, 2px, #f8f8f8.

Add a stroke, 2px, #f8f8f8.
New layer, name: left hand. Now to draw the lower part of the left hand. Draw this shape:
Fill with the color black.
Go to the left hand strokes layer and bring it above the left hand layer. Then draw this path:
Add a stroke color code: #f8f8f8, 2px.
Draw another path:
Add a stroke color code: #f8f8f8, 2px.
Draw another path:
Add a stroke color code: #f8f8f8, 2px.
Drawing the left leg, new layer, name: Left leg. Draw the following shape:
Fill with color black.
New layer, name: shoe 1. Draw this shape:
Fill it with color code: #f2e142
No need for a new layer, just add a path:
Then add a stroke of 2px, black to this path:
Create a new layer, name: right hand. Create this shape, the hand will be mostly behind the body so bring it below the main layer. Draw this shape:
Fill it with the color black:
To better define this hand, we’ll add a few strokes. On a new layer, right hand strokes, draw this path:
Add a stroke color code: #f8f8f8, 2px.
Draw another path:
Add a stroke color code: #f8f8f8, 2px.
Draw another path:

create a new layer, named right leg. Draw this small triangle:
Fill with the color black:
Draw this shape on a new layer, call it second shoe, this layer should be below the right hand layers, so that the right hand is visible over it:

Draw a path on the shoe area:
Add a stroke, 2px, black:
To highlight the right hand a bit, draw another path on the right hand strokes layer:
