Farm Town is a game on facebook by the software company Slashkey in early 2009. This game has had regular updates every few months and has around 115 levels as of August 2010.

Each user creates a personal avatar and receives a piece of land with five plots planted with potatoes in various stages of maturity and one plot plowed but not planted. Farm layout (including buildings, decorations, field layout, etc.) is the responsibility of the farmer. The farmer then begins the basic activities of plowing, planting and harvesting crops.

The game like all other facebook games promotes cooperation with other players, requires you to ask hire them to complete tasks, getting help actually earns extra bonuses for hiring friends.
