Drawing the teeth. Create a new layer, call it teeth. Draw the shape as shown:



Fill it with the color code: #f8f8f8 and a stroke of 2px, black. To even out the stroke, you can bring this layer down below the nose stroke layer, where the facial expression stroke is:



Draw the second tooth, using the pen tool, you can use the same layer, new layer is not necessary:



Fill with color code #f8f8f8, stroke 2px, black.



Drawing the diaper. Make a new layer, call it diaper. Start by drawing this shape:



Fill with #f8f8f8, stroke 2px, black.



Draw the rest of the shape on the same layer, not necessary to use a new layer, you may if you want:
