Draw a new path now to make the facial expression:



Add a stroke, 2px, black.



Now that we're done with the mouth area, lets start with the eyes. Using the Elliptical marquee tool draw a circle on a new layer, name it eyes, but bring this layer below the mouth layer so its behind the brown area.



Fill it with the color code: #f8f8f8, stroke: 2px, black. Since its below the mouth layer, it appears behind it:



You can use another layer for this, not necessary. Use the elliptical marquee tool again and draw another circle, only this time it should be a bit bigger just a teensy weensy bit:



Fill it with the same color code: #f8f8f8 and apply a 2px stroke with black color.



Use your elliptical marquee tool and draw a small eye inside the eyeball, do this on a new layer, so you can duplicate it for the second eye:



Fill it with black color:



Duplicate and move, to the second eye:
