Cafe world - Gid's? How do you use them?!

Seeing that message is normal, Zynga shows that message to throw people off, the link should still work tho, you should get the item in Cafe World.

My guess is you keep on seeing the "Uh oh, we're sorry but it seems something went wrong in the kitchen" message.
If that is the message you keep on seeing then do not worry about it, the link worked, that is just Zynga's way of throwing people off, make people think it is not working, when it actually is.
