Links for unlocking extra slots for catering?

Hi there, just wondering if anyone has come across Links for the gear you need for unlocking extra slots for catering orders? I tried searching for it in the forum, but there is so much to go thru, I might have missed it. Maybe the extra slots are something you cant get links for?
