Goals gone back to 1

Hey all
Is anyone else having this problem: -
All existing goals gone back to 1
Old, completed goals reappeared
Coffee machine needs rebuilding (not sure what else)
Current catering order gone (was at 99%)
All previous catering orders gone - score gone down to beginner.

It appears I've gone back to being a beginner. Even my windows, fencing has gone from outside the cafe.

Any suggestions how to rectify this? Or how to submit a ticket as ending up in a loop trying to get support.

I'm sorry to hear this Carol.

Actually, this did happen to me. More in terms of Caters though where all were reset and it showed I did nothing. Same was the case with a number of special stoves and items in the café. I still had the items and completed, but my progress was zero on them somehow.

Unfortunately, I had to work with support for 2 days to get them to manually recomplete each item for me. I hope it doesn't have to be recompleted from scratch for you. Please let us know.
