Searching for a Custom CRM Solutions!

Often I purchase generic pre-written software system, desiring I can make it conform to my occupation, but the software program ends up not being exactly what I need. The next step is to engage programmers to add the missing features that I necessitate, but the end resultant is not quite ENTIRELY what I really want. Custom CRM software, composed specifically for my job, inescapably become the only straight solution, because only custom software system will do exactly what I need done. When I purchase off the rack computer software, there will always be something that the software program can not do, and I will then have to purchase another software, and another, and another. Could someone recomand best of the best in this field? Thanks!
